
What you’ll need-
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortilla
3 (or more depending on preference) tablespoons marinara
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
any other toppings of choice (I used green bell pepper, white onion, zucchini, and ham).
Optional garnish dried/fresh parsley and basil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prep all veggies that need to be cut/ prepare toppings.
- Spoon the marinara on the whole wheat tortilla in circles, leaving a little room at the edges for “crust.”
- Place cheese onto marinara covered tortilla and then place desired toppings. **optional to put the garnish of dried/fresh parsley and basil on now or after finished cooking.
- Place tortilla pizza on nonstick baking sheet and place into the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Slice up & enjoy!!
